How do I buy tickets on Tiam Events?
You can purchase tickets directly on our website tiam.events. Or Tiam App, Simply select your event, choose your seats or ticket type, and complete the secure checkout using your preferred payment method.
Will I receive digital or physical tickets?
All tickets purchased through Tiam Events are delivered digitally to your email and Tiam app dashboard. You can easily download or scan your e-ticket at the venue. We currently do not issue physical tickets unless specifically stated by the event organizer.
Can I transfer or resell my ticket?
Yes, most tickets can be transferred to another person or resold securely through our platform. Please check the event’s terms, as some organizers may restrict transfers.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
If an event is canceled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. For rescheduled events, your ticket remains valid for the new date. Refund eligibility for personal cancellations depends on the event organizer’s policy.
How do I know my ticket is valid?
Tickets purchased directly from Tiam Events are 100% verified and authentic. We partner only with official organizers to ensure every ticket is legitimate.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options depending on your region.
Are there extra fees when buying tickets?
A small service fee may apply at checkout. This fee supports secure payment processing, fraud protection, and platform improvements. All fees are shown transparently before you confirm your purchase.
